Some commonly asked questions, and any other handy things we can think of!
What time is checking in and checking out?
Checking in is from midday to 6pm, checking out is by 11am. If noone is coming on your pitch (please ask us the day before your departure date to confirm) we are a lot more relaxed about check out times, but in peak season and busy times please do follow these times.
If you are going to be later than 6pm its no problem at all, just please let us know so that we can arrange for someone to meet you upon your arrival.
Where can I find your tariff?
Do you have any hardstanding pitches?
All our pitches are on hardstanding. As we are open for 12 months of the year, this way we can ensure none of the pitches will be waterlogged and unusable at any time. We require all tents, caravans, awnings, motorhomes etc to site on the hardstanding to comply with fire regs distances, and to protect the new grass.
What is your season?
We are opening at Easter 2017, and from then on we will be open 365 days of the year. The farm shop is opening in Late Nov/ early Dec 2017.
When should I book?
Our hot tub pitches are booked up VERY quickly. You are strongly advised to book as early as you can (months ahead) if you would like a hot tub pitch, especially during peak season and school holidays. Follow our facebook page for up to date news on cancellations etc. Mid week is usually less busy than weekends and tends to have more availability. We are taking bookings for 2018 now.
What is the deposit?
The first nights payment or 35% of the total stay (whichever is greater). Payments are non refundable but fully transferable if transferred more than 3 weeks before the beginning of your stay, to an available date within a 12 month time period. DEPOSITS SECURE YOUR BOOKING. You are not considered to have a confirmed pitch until your deposit is paid and reference number given.
